Re-sizing: if your ring does not fit, you can contact us and we'll be glad to help you with the resizing process. This service takes 10 business days and has a cost of USD 50.

Custom Orders: wether you want your personalized unique creation or an engraving on your piece, you can contact us and we will do our best to attend your needs. All custom orders take up to 8 weeks to complete and are done upon a total payment of the piece. Engraving takes up to 10 business days and has a cost of USD 25.

Replacement: if one of your stones fell out we are happy to help you with the replacement. However, this service does not apply for center stones. Please contact us for more information.

Upgrade: with your Limited Lifetime Warranty an Upgrade service is included. If you want to exchange your piece for a different item of our newest collections, we will take the old piece as part of the payment. Please click here to read all the terms and conditions.
