RING SIZING GUIDE

The best way to know your exact ring size is to visit your local jeweler and ask for a professional sizing, however you can use this guide as a non professional alternative. KALLATI® is not responsible for any misuses of this guide.

1. Choose a ring that properly fits the intended finger.

3. Place the ring over the circles and match the inside wedge of the ring with the printed line.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR JEWELRY

KALLATI's pieces are crafted to last for generations, that is why we want to make sure you  have all the information to take proper care of your jewelry.

Storage

  • Store your jewelry in a clean, dry place.
  • Keep each piece separately in a fabric-lined jewelry case, or in a box with compartments and dividers.
  • If you prefer wrap each piece individually in soft tissue paper.
  • Don't jumble your jewelry pieces in a drawer or jewelry case. Pieces can scratch each other.
  •

    Cleaning

  • After wearing, wipe your jewelry thoroughly with a clean, soft, slightly damp cloth. This will enhance the gemstone's luster and ensure that your jewelry is clean before storage.
  • Do not expose your gemstone pieces to salt water or harsh chemicals, such as chlorine or detergents.
  • If you prefer we offer a polishing service. We recommend to do this process at least once every two years.
  • There are many types of small machines on the market that will clean jewelry in a matter of minutes using high-frequency sound. These machines are called "ultrasonic cleaners" and are available in many different models and prices. They can be a convenient way to quickly clean your jewelry at home. However, ultrasonic cleaners can damage some jewelry, please read the instructions carefully before using them.

    Insurance

Jewelry is one of the most valuable assets you can own, this is why we highly recommend you purchase insurance for your beautiful pieces. However, we do not offer insurance through KALLATI®
